Steve Turner was born on the South Coast of England.  He graduated Music College in 1995 and immediately embarked on a colourful music career.

 

Steve has been involved with many music projects from live tours through session work to film sound tracks .  He plays Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone sax and has been known to play two at once.  Covering a range of music from blues & soul to funk & punk and everything in between!

 

Steves most recent credits include Madness' Gold selling album - The Liberty Of Norton Folgate and The Dangermen Sessions Volume 1, Franz Ferdinand and Frances' very own one man record industry Martin Rappeneaus L'Age D'or.  He has just returned from this years Festival circuit with notable appearances at Glastonbury, Bestival, The Desert Festival - Dubai, Sziget Festival - Budapest, Guilfest, Athens, The O2 Arena and many more.

 

As an experienced stadium performer Steve has appeared from Weston to Wembley and Glastonbury to Glasgow and has toured extensively in home grown territories as well as Europe, America and the Far East.

 

TV credits include Children In Need - Top Of The Pops - Strictly Come Dancing - Jools Hollands Hootenanny and Later - Al Murrays happy hour

 

Steve can be found leading a happy life in rural England with his wife and four fabulous children!
